Wow, here we are at the end of our 60 day "Paleo Challenge!" I know I've had some ups and downs along with everyone else I've talked with. I think we've all learned how much food really effects us , the good and the ugly..... can I say ice cream and brownies!!!!!
So, we started with our 3 WOD's. Max effort deadlift, run/row .... "barf" , and "Fran." Let's start Saturday getting these done. Harj suggested that we should be over by Thanksgiving. Good idea! Let's enjoy Thanksgiving guilt free and maybe for some paleo free! If the pull-up bars are in and over Saturday by 4:00 or 5:00, I'll be there to run a WOD 1 class. Then, there is Sunday evening at 5:00 pm also. Again, I'm sure all the trainers will gladly accomodate your time and schedule to get your Challenge WOD's in.
Many of you have already made some great gains. I've enjoyed sharing this experience with you all and will be curious to hear even more testimonies. We'll have a poster board that we can write our losses/gains and comments on. Congratulations to all for sticking it through, weather a little or a lot!

Thanks, Christina! Awesome job, everyone. I have made some permanent changes in my diet, mainly my meals. My snacks and desserts will always need work but at least I'm thinking about improving them! I'm pretty sure I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and that SUCKS. Good news, at least I'll know when I'm going to feel like crap and my stomach is going to hurt.
